Please join us for the Robert “IRISH” and Lucia Flynn moving sale part 1. A great sale with outstanding museum quality pottery. Bob was an instructor at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada and a renown potter.
Furniture includes-an outstanding tiger oak table with large claw feet, Hoosier cabinet with leaded glass doors, an early 1800’s walnut chest, lots of oak file cabinets, antique side tables, Eastlake settee and chair, glass foot piano stool, several rockers, rattan chairs, leather recliner, glass display cabinet, commode, Montana Furniture mission style wood dressers, outstanding antique bed, antique yarn skein winder, several bookcases, blanket chest, glider rockers, lots of wonderful yard and patio furniture, storage cabinet and much more.
The pottery is wonderful with Archie Bray connections, lots of Irish Flynn’s pottery, Wayne Higby, Kurt Heard, Galloway, McKenzie, Larry Clark, Archibault, Weiser, Al Tennant, Ken Chernovich, J. Franz, Dave Peters, Francis Senska, Jason Lawfer, Australian artists just to name a few.
Irish loved fishing and fly tying. There is a large selection of fly-tying supplies, flies, Orvis, Hardy, Pflueger, Cortland fly reels and an outstanding library of fly fishing, rod building, fly tying books with some rare editions. Another of his passions was woodworking and collecting wood working tools. We have several old Stanley planes, some with original boxes, Gertsner machinist chest.
Art includes, originals by Lucia and Irish, Dale Chuley and Doug Turman, art prints, several leaded glass windows, antique maps, 1960’s rare Ocumicho, Michocan Mexico Bullfight scene, primitives, housewares and kitchenware, Kitchen Aid Heavy Duty mixer, copper and brass collectibles, antique clock, glassware, estate jewelry, Christmas blow molds, spirits, tools, books, CD’s, DVDs, fun signs, quilts, linens and so much more.
